Privacy Policy

- We keep only what we need to run your account: your email, your plan, and which of your PCs are using it.
- We never ask for, see or store your game password, your game chats or your personal files.
- Your bot settings, screenshots and logs stay on your own PC.
- We never sell your data or use it for ads.
- Questions about your data, or want it deleted? Write to [email protected] and we'll help — including deleting your account and its data.
This policy explains what RallyForge Bot ("the app"), this website and our account service store about you. "We" and "us" means RallyForge.
What we store and why

What stays on your PC
Your bot settings, profiles, city maps, screenshots, logs and any Telegram key you add are saved on your own computer. They are not sent to us unless you choose to send us a log or a picture when you ask for help.
What we never collect
Your game password or game login, your in-game chats or mail, your personal files, your browsing, or your payment card details.
Signing in with Google
If you choose "Sign in with Google", Google tells us your email address and confirms it is yours. We ask only for your basic profile and email, and use them only to create and sign in to your RallyForge account. We do not get your Google password and do not access your Gmail, Drive, contacts or anything else in your Google account.
RallyForge's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Who else handles your data
Our account service runs on Cloudflare, which stores the data above for us. Google handles "Sign in with Google" if you use it. Payments, when added, are handled by the payment provider, not by us. We do not share your data with anyone else, except where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your account data while your account exists. A PC you no longer use drops off your list after a while. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete its data within 30 days.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your data. Write to [email protected] from the email address on your account.
Children
RallyForge is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly keep data about them.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Big changes will also be shown in the app.
